By establishing reliable, loyal and local teams in different spots across the country, Mandeville is able to take on developments at a number of locations, without compromising on service. Independence

Mandeville is a truly independent company. Its creators do not belong to any industry groups or trade organisations. Instead, we focus on providing a unique and bespoke service to the developments we manage. We choose plans that are right for each individual development, based on the customer’s needs only, and not our own.

Transparency

We are always transparent with our customers. Whether it relates to the costs incurred for a one off project or whether we feel a particular contractor needs to be let go, we tell it how it is and hide nothing from the residents that pay us to manage their development. It is your development and your money, after all.

Hard Work

Our team never stops putting in the hard graft. In order to achieve our objectives and goals, our team works tirelessly to ensure that our developments are well maintained, that repairs are actioned promptly, that contractors are paid on time to build loyalty, that residents are responded to quickly, that our sales packs are issued within 48 hours of request and importantly, that residents are always getting the best value for money. To achieve all of that and more, our team is committed to working incredibly hard for the benefit of all the residents we look after.

We are committed to ensuring that Mandeville Estates changes the negative image surrounding property management by setting the bar far higher than it ever has been.

Determination

We are absolutely determined to provide residents a better property management experience. For too long, the property management sector has been tarnished with the same brush. Managing agents are renowned for overcharging, over-spending, being unresponsive, delaying matters and generally providing a poor service. We are determined to demonstrate that not every agent is the same and in fact, with the right property management company looking after your block or estate, your living experience will greatly improve.

Pro-active Approach

We brainstorm ideas with our clients to help source the best solution for a problem. Whether that be, improving security, eradicating fly-tipping, resolving parking problems, lowering costs or settling disputes, we take a pro-active and hands on approach to all issues we face. We believe in tackling an issue head on, before it escalates, rather than waiting to see what happens.
